We tried this tropical cocktail made with the SKYY Infusions and it’s a light and refreshing drink that looks as delicious as it tastes. Serve it in a Collins glass, and accessorize with an umbrella. This recipe is easily converted to a pitcher recipe to chill before the party and bring out for serving many guests quickly.
If you haven’t tried the SKYY Infusions, they are a line of fruit infused vodkas that are 70% proof and made with all natural fruit juices. The Skyy Pineapple Infusion is a bright, slightly sweet vodka that can be happily sipped by itself with a splash of sparkling water and ice. It’s all the better used to flavor cocktails, and this Pineapple Sunrise will make your mouth sparkle. We also absolutely love the Skyy Citrus Infusion used in this drink, either by itself or as a flavoring in mixed drinks.
